PureSkinFix is a skincare and wellness brand seeking a motivated Sales Managers to join our remote/hybrid team. Your role will focus on making sales calls, nurturing client relationships, and helping us grow. If you're confident on the phone, goal-driven, and ready to work with a dynamic team — we’d love to hear from you.

No degree required. Basic training provided. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude are essential.

About the Role

We’re looking for highly motivated people to be Sales Managers and Customer Support roles to help grow our customer base and represent PureSkinFix with confidence and care. You’ll be making outbound sales calls, following up with leads, and helping us share our mission of skincare that works.

This is a remote-friendly position (with hybrid options).

What You'll Do

Call and follow up with potential customers (leads provided)
Share information about our products and promotions
Keep simple records of calls and customer info
Answer questions and help customers choose the right skincare products
Help shape our future sales strategies and grow with the brand

Who We’re Looking For

Friendly, confident communicator (on the phone and online)
Comfortable making sales calls
Organized and self-motivated
Strong customer service attitude
Computer literate and able to use basic online tools (email, spreadsheets, etc.)

Bonus if you have:

Previous sales or customer service experience
A passion for skincare or wellness
Experience using WhatsApp, CRM tools, or simple sales systems

Qualifications

We value experience and people skills over formal education, but the ideal candidate will have:

High school diploma or equivalent required (must include English proficiency)
Or equivalent work experience in sales or customer support
Willingness to learn and grow with our team

Compensation & Benefits

At PureSkinFix, we believe in rewarding dedication and performance. Our base pay structure is simple, transparent, and designed to grow with you.

Position

Sales Manager – Remote/Hybrid

Base Pay (Entry Level Sales Agent)

Hourly Rate: $8.00 USD/hour (starting)
Weekly Pay: Up to $320/week (based on 40 hours)
Monthly Pay: Up to $1280/month

Performance Bonuses (Paid Weekly)

Weekly bonus opportunities for
- Sales targets met
- Perfect attendance
- Client satisfaction feedback
Bonuses range from $25–$100/week

Promotion Track

Opportunities to move up to:
- Senior Sales Agent ($5–$7/hour)
- Team Lead ($8–$10/hour)
- Sales Manager ($10+/hour)

Payment Method

Paid via Payoneer, Wise, or Bank Transfer
Every Friday (Weekly Payout)
